A Father-Son Business

As a father-son collaboration, Steve and Justin Sawai bring over 50 years of combined experience in real estate. Steve is uniquely knowledgeable about the property, market conditions, and intricacies of today’s transactions, and Justin has worked in various facets of real estate from construction to development before he ended up in sales. Justin also went to work for a real estate tech start-up where he learned how to merge tech with real estate bringing value and change to his senior partner, Steve.
