After what seems like a million, bajillion years, I am proud to say that I am now a homeowner! I was very very close to running off into the middle of the desert and buying a house in the middle of nowhere just to say that I am finally a property owner. Luckily, I met Justin and Brennan just in time! One Sunday I went to an open house to look at a house that felt overpriced and depressing. Feeling defeated and ready to pack up and move to the middle of nowhere, I saw an open house for the house that is now mine. It was a bit out of budget, but I went in anyway and met Justin and Brennan. Ultimately, we made a very good offer under asking that ended up getting accepted. As a first-time buyer, I knew nothing about the buying process and had a lot of questions. Justin and Brennan were always a call or a text away. There was never a time where my phone call was not answered or immediately returned. These gentlemen were extremely patient, professional, and polite. As a service provider myself, it is very easy to get irritated and frustrated with your clients. Even though parts of this experience were super stressful and frustrating (for agents and parties), Justin and Brennan kept their cool. Their demeanor and level of professionalism are unremarkable! It was wonderful to see and also a great lesson for me. Thanks!
